**Terms and Conditions - The Royal Winter Warmers Promotion** 

1. **Eligibility:** The promotion ("Promotion") is exclusively available to Royal members who have signed up to the app ("Members"). 

2. **Promotion Period:** The Promotion will commence on June 17th, 2024, from the opening time of the participating establishment, and will conclude at the close of trade on July 14th, 2024 ("Promotion Period"). 

3. **Offer Limitation:** During the Promotion Period, Members are eligible to receive one offer per day, per Member, unless otherwise stated. 

4. **Offer Availability:** Offers will be available all day, unless specified otherwise. 

5. **Activation Requirement:** Members must scan their unique Member barcode at the till during the transaction to activate the offer. 

6. **Redemption Limit:** Each Member is entitled to redeem only one offer per day. 

7. **Access to Offers:** All offers for the month can be accessed through the "What's on Special Events" section of the app. 

8. **Offer Details:** Certain offers may be applicable only to specific items or categories. Details of such offers will be provided in the "What's on Special Events" section of the app. 

9. **Meal Specific Offers:** Some offers may be applicable to one meal only. Members are advised to check the offer details before redeeming. 

10. **Redemption Venue:** Offers may be valid for in-venue dining only. Takeaway or delivery orders may not be eligible for certain offers. Members should verify the terms of each offer before redeeming. 

11. **Availability Disclaimer:** The Promotion is subject to availability and may be subject to change without prior notice. 

12. **Non-Exchangeable:** Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

13. **Acceptance:** Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

14. **Right to Refuse:** The participating establishment reserves the right to refuse any offer redemption if it suspects fraudulent activity or misuse of the Promotion.

16. **Binding Decisions:** By participating in the Promotion, Members agree to abide by the rules and decisions of the participating establishment, which shall be final and binding in all respects. 

17. **Privacy Policy:** Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with the participating establishment's privacy policy. 

18. **Liability Disclaimer:** The participating establishment accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the Promotion or the redemption of any offer. 

19. **Entire Agreement:** These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participating establishment and Members concerning the Promotion and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
